This policy explains what information RK Derma Care collects when you browse or order from this site, why we collect it, and how it is stored.
Information we collect
Order information: name, delivery address, phone number and email address, collected when you place an order.
Prescription information: where you submit a prescription for a restricted medicine, we collect the document and the prescribing details it contains.
Usage information: pages viewed and general device information, used to improve the site.
How we use your information
To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
To verify eligibility for prescription-only products before dispensing.
To send marketing email only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any message.
Prescription and health data
Prescription documents are treated as sensitive information. They are reviewed by our pharmacist, retained only as long as required for dispensing records, and never used for marketing.
Sharing
We share data with delivery partners and payment processors only to the extent needed to fulfil your order. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and Meta Pixel
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show them to people likely to be interested. When you visit our shop, the Pixel sends Meta Platforms the page address, your browser and device details, Meta cookie IDs, and shopping actions: product views, add to cart, checkout start, WhatsApp or contact taps, and completed orders with their value and the products bought.
We never send your name, phone, email or address to Meta. We also never send the words you type into Search, your skin quiz or adviser answers, account pages, or anything from our Prescription Care pages and products. Condition-related product pages and guides are excluded too. We send no shopping, page or contact events while your cart includes a sensitive product, and no checkout or Purchase event for any order containing one. A COD Purchase event means an order was placed, not that payment was received. Tracking is switched off for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, and whenever a visitor's region cannot be resolved. To ask us to stop or for any advertising privacy question, write to info@rkdermacare.com. You can also block Meta cookies in your browser or adjust ad settings in your Facebook account.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@rkdermacare.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
